Before creating the animatic, I researched features of animatics from existing products and presented my findings in a 'Prezi'. This is online software which allows the user to create what is essentially a slideshow presentation but using a 'pathway' which zooms and rotates around the content of the presentation.
The main points I took from this were that:
- It would be most efficient and productive if we created a 'simple' animatic.
- Animatics should accurately reflect the final product.
- Animatics should give the production process a good idea of what they should be aiming to achieve.
