This is our shooting schedule, I have created this in a table in a Word document. I sent an original draft to each group member to see if the dates were suitable. After they all got back to me, I made a final copy which we could print and give to potential actors to see if their availability agrees with what is required. Also, we can take this out on to location and give a copy to each member, well in advance, so they are all free.
